Agent sent me a link to which I uploaded the front and back of my license. She also took down information regarding my business, services and my website URL.
She advised that she is submitting an appeal and it typically takes 5-7 days, but will be no later than Thursday 17th.
She also advised to keep an eye on my email for updates.
Every time I try to create a video, it results in error “could not upload video, try again”. I’ve gone into the “contact us” section and was offered a different method of verification – live video call. When selecting this method on my iPhone, I am prompted to download “Google Meet”, but clicking this results in error “App not available”.
I’ve called PayPal. Currently waiting on a callback.
The appeal has been reviewed with the same outcome. PayPal has permanently closed my account. I can submit another appeal, but without knowing what information they want I can’t really get anywhere.
I’ve submitted a final email to deactivationqueries@paypal.com. Will see what happens from here, but going to accept the circumstance either way.
